Return policy

General returns can be made for free within 30 days of the purchase date, unless indicated otherwise. Your order must be shipped back to Stone gallery after which a refund will be made.

Return Shipping Fee
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

Important: Notify us about your return before sending
We offer a refund for the full value of an order once it is shipped back and it arrives in our logistics department in the same condition as we shipped it. Important: We have to be notified before the item will be returned, otherwise your return is not valid and will not be accepted. Use the contactform to announce your return, mentioning the article number.

Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized or made to order items are at the seller's discretion.
