Are your items real?
Authenticity is a very important feature of the dna of Stone gallery. Unless clearly mentioned otherwise, everything we sell is authentic. We care for correct information on names, species and origin, love to share our stories on origin and try to inform our buyers to the best of our knowledge.
What is the Stone gallery’s return policy?
General returns can be made for free within 30 days of purchase date, unless indicated otherwise. Your order must be shipped back to Stone gallery after which a refund will be made. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. Please read our return policy for further information.
Can I still return pieces if I have lost my receipt?
Absolutely! Receipt information can typically be retrieved following your online purchase. We will gladly look up your purchase information. If we are able to access your receipt, you will either receive a credit note or refund to the original bank account.
How long does it take for funds to become available when I make a return?
Full credit for mail-in returns are processed within 14 days after the piece is received received in good order at our facility.
What should I do if the piece arrives damaged?
Contact us at the Gallery immediately upon receiving your delivery. You can email us at email@example.com or you can call us at +31 (0) 35 588 22 66. Make sure you have good photo's of the damage on both the packaging and the item. Please do save the material/packaging the product was shipped in.
Can I combine shipping if I purchase multiple items?
In most cases, yes and we will at all times try to do so in order to ship as cheap and safe possible. If you are purchasing larger items, please contact us directly so we can determine the best way to safely ship your product anywhere in the world.
